Its Take me back Tuesday today, and here is a look at mascara from 1933. Women had to dip a bristle brush into pressed cake powder. This was not easy and it was quite messy, but it was much better then the alternate. Some women in the 1920's - 1930's used Vaseline and Coal Dust mixed together to give lashes a darker and fuller look.
