2017 Cannes Festival

The 70th annual Cannes Film Festival took place this weekend in Cannes, France. The event brought out beautiful Fashion as well as Celebrities for days. Spanish film director and screenwriter Pedro Almodóvar has been selected as the President of the Jury for the festival. Pedro Almodóvar delivered a speech on the Golden Stage during the open ceremony. The beautiful Italian model Monica Bellucci was Master of Ceremonies along side her co-host Alex Lutz. Monica Bellucci wore a beautiful sweeping sheer navy dress a Custom made for her by French House Dior. This year the official poster of the festival was revealed featuring Italian actress Claudia Cardinale. The actress responded, "‘I am honoured and proud to be flying the flag for the 70th Festival de Cannes, and delighted with this choice of photo. It’s the image I myself have of the Festival, of an event that illuminates everything around … Happy anniversary! There was also a Cannes Alumni photo that took place with past judges and winners. 


 The fashion at this year's Cannes was fabulous. The Red Carpet was filled with Film and Televisions best along with Hollywood's elite. Makeup for was very natural, fresh dewy faces along with matte finish and pale colors. Hair was slicked straight or beautiful full beach waves.
