*Your invoice will remain as pending until the e-transfer is deposited. Once deposited, proof of payment will be emailed. 

Pay In Person

Pay in person at our downtown academy location during business hours. We accept Visa & Mastercard debit and credit cards, American Express, Interact Debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, & Samsung Pay.

*Note, we do not accept cash or cheques. 

Student Loans

All of our diploma programs are licensed for government provincial & federal student loans. If you have been approved for a student loan, some fees could be disbursed directly to the school, and some amounts could be disbursed to the student. Institutions are notified when students receive their amounts, however it is the student’s responsibility to be knowledgeable about their disbursement schedule and amounts left owing. Learn more about student funding here.

Any loan amounts approved for tuition & education supplies must be put towards your tuition and kit fee*. Balance of fees are due by the first day of classes, however students who waiting for loan amounts to be disbursed that are approved for full program fees are permitted to use their kit by the first day of classes as long as they complete their ‘Student Aid Kit Fee Payment Agreement’. Please put aside any amounts sent directly to you, while you confirm with the school what your balance owing is. All fees are due once disbursements have been received. 

*Students agree to use their financial assistance towards the cost of their education as outlined in your government student loan application ‘Section 7 - Application Consent and Declaration’, and again once approved, in your ‘Master Student Financial Assistance Agreements’ (MSFAAs).
